Lead end-to-end NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud implementations for Indian NGOs across healthcare, education, livelihoods, and environment sectors. Responsibilities include requirements workshops, NPSP configuration (Households, Donations, Pledges, Grants, Program Management Module), data migration using Salesforce Data Loader and NPSP Data Importer, UAT facilitation, and user training. Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant preferred; Certified Administrator required. 4+ years Salesforce experience including at least 2 NGO implementations.

Salesforce Technical Architect — European Practice

Architect complex Salesforce environments for international NGOs operating across multiple countries and regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include data model design for multi-currency, multi-language deployments, GDPR Article 6 lawful basis mapping, Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) facilitation, Salesforce Org Design (single vs. multi-org decisions), integration architecture using MuleSoft or Platform Events, and technical governance for multi-year retainer clients. Junior Salesforce Administrator

Entry-level consulting role for recent graduates (any discipline) or career-changers who have completed the Salesforce Administrator certification, or are enrolled and expected to complete it within 3 months of joining. You will shadow a Senior Consultant on live NGO implementations, learn NPSP configuration from the ground up, assist with data quality checks, and progressively take ownership of training sessions. A structured 12-month development plan is provided, with exam sponsorship for Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification in year two.
